With the start of the school year comes the beginning of a new season of CCM performances. The College-Conservatory of Music just celebrated 50 years of musical theatre excellence. The first musical theatre main-stage production of the season, Guys and Dolls, premieres on Friday, October 19th and plays through the weekend, as well as the following.

CCM acting is putting on a performance of The Government Inspector at the beginning of October. Directed by CCM Acting department chair Richard Hess, this comedic detective-esque play premieres on Wednesday, October 4th and plays through to that Sunday. 

On Sunday, September 30th, CCM will be hosting its fall choral showcase. 

CCM Opera presents The Turn of The Screw from November 15th-18th. 

CCM Dance is showcasing a performance of Birthday Variations: Celebrating the Art of Motion on December 6th-9th. 

These are all of CCM’s main-stage performances for the Winter season, however, there are many many more events and studio series’ that are playing throughout the season as well. For more information, refer to the CCM box office event calendar at https://ccm.uc.edu/boxoffice/calendar.html.
