Wholesome indie-pop group Frankie Cosmos stopped in Columbus on September 25 for the release of their 4th studio album, Close it Quietly, with support of Locate S,1 and Lina Tullgren.

Performing on the intimate stage of Ace of Cups, frontwoman Greta Kline confessed pain through bittersweet lyricism, enlightening the crowd with insightful projections of the future juxtaposed with catchy pop melodies. The soft-spoken musician sings in a reflection of her mid-twenties, unraveling relatable and visceral emotion, while still maintaining a welcoming stage presence through thanks and praise of her band members and supporting acts.

Frankie Cosmos performed at Ace of Cups three years prior, making for a nostalgic set.

“A lot has changed in three years,” Greta recalls.
