Cincinnati vs Illinois State

The Bearcats took on Illinois State at Fifth Third arena for their season opener at 11am. This was their first game of two of the day. The Bearcats fell in the first set of the day. However they fought back to win the next two sets. The Redbirds took the fourth set and sent both teams neck and neck for the fifth and final set. It was a tough fought battle between both teams, with amazing hits and serves on each side. The Bearcats led ahead in the final set but in the end fell to the Redbirds.
