Be a part of an event greater than yourself! Saturday April 1st, the University of Cincinnati is hosting Relay for Life. This is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and is coordinated by volunteers in more than 5,200 communities and 20 countries.

What’s it like?
Imagine hundreds of students on McMicken commons, with tents, blankets, and food fundraisers. An opening ceremony celebrates the lives of those who battled cancer and shares recent advancements in research. A Luminaria Ceremony remembers those who have lost their lives to cancer, supports those with cancer, and honors those who beat cancer. There will be live entertainment*, games, and groups trying to raise as much money as they can for the American Cancer Society.
