When: Saturday February 25th 6-9 PM |
What is “Bollywood-fusion?”
Bollwood-fusion is a dance form created by college students who were inspired by Bollywood film stars. It’s an upbeat, vibrant dance style made up of classic Indian dance, modern pop and hip-hop styles, topped off with unique costumes.

How does the competition work?
The eight participating teams perform an eight to ten minute routine. Each routine carries a theme throughout it to tell a story. The judges pick the winner who is awarded points for Legends and receives a bid for Bollywood America National’s. The audience picks winners via texting polls for other prizes, like best costume, best mix, and best dancer.
Why should you go?
You have never (and will never) see a competition quite like it! Support UC and college students from around the country. This year’s competition has a brand new twist that you won’t want to miss.
Special bonus: there’s an awesome after-party at the Ivy Lounge—check it out!
